ArmInfo. Nikol Pashinyan (Prime Minister of Armenia) is attempting to make us  scapegoats for his and his government's shameful mistakes and failures, which  derailed some of the projects created by the ANIF founding team, as  noted by David Papazyan,  former Director of the Armenian National  Interests Fund (ANIF) CJSC.  "True to form, he is once again on  course for a fiasco," he wrote on his Facebook page in English.

ArmInfo. Three issues of Armenian Eurobonds, totaling $2 billion, are currently in  circulation. This was announced by RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan on September 22 at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on financial, credit, and budgetary issues.

At its September 22 session, the National Assembly Committee on State and  Legal Affairs approved the draft law "On Cybersecurity" and a package  of related documents submitted by the Armenian government for the  first reading.

ArmInfo.The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will provide a sovereign-guaranteed loan of EUR 39 million to Armenia to finance the  construction of a new customs and logistics center (CLC) on the  outskirts of Yerevan. ArmInfo. From September 15 to 19, 2025, there was a significant increase in dollar  transactions in the Armenian interbank foreign exchange market, while  ruble transactions saw a decrease. Euro transactions have been on  hold for over four months. Specifically, the trend in dollar  transactions shifted from a 42% decline to a significant 2.2-fold  increase, while the trend in ruble transactions shifted from a 75%  increase to a 22% decline. This resulted in the weekly dollar volume  surpassing  ruble transactions by 1.3 times, whereas the previous  week's trend was the opposite: ruble transactions exceeded dollar  transactions by 2.1-fold. Meanwhile, in the interbank foreign  exchange market during the reporting week (September 15-19, 2025  compared to September 8-12, 2025),  there was a continued decline in  dollar buying and selling, a reversal from growth to decline in the  euro buying and selling trend, and an increase in ruble buying,  Alongside a decline in selling.

In line with the Bank’s Social Responsibility Policy, the “Side by Side” program targets two key areas: employment opportunities through education and education promotion.
