This was announced by Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan at a final press conference on December 25. Meanwhile, the approved budget for the current year envisaged the figure at 7%, and in September the forecast was revised to 5.8%.

ArmInfo. In the first half of 2024, Armenia reduced its natural gas imports by 8.5% to 1,354,211 cubic meters, with a decrease in customs value by 8.3% to $233.9 million. According to the data of the RA Customs Service, 83.3% of natural gas was supplied to Armenia from Russia.

According to the Customs Service, in the first half of 2024, Armenia purchased the entire volume of imported wheat - 134 thousand tons - from Russia.
