ArmInfo. In the Armenian interbank foreign exchange market, the week of March 23-27, 2026, saw  a decrease  in dollar transactions along with a slowdown in ruble transactions.

In October 2026, Wizz Air will increase the number of aircraft based in Yerevan to three and launch two new routes, once again confirming its long- term commitment to the country, as stated by Ian Malin, CFO of the  Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air, during a press conference on March 27.

ArmInfo. The Eurasian Economic Union is interested in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan stepping up their work in union projects. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk stated this in an interview with Vesti.

ArmInfo. Ameriabank and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) have signed an agreement  for a subordinated loan of up to EUR 15 million to support private sector development and job creation in the country. According to Ameriabank, the new financing will support investments in SMEs and strengthen Armenia's private sector.

The program aims to mitigate the financial risks of these enterprises associated with export problems and provide them with temporary access to financial resources to continue normal operations.
