ArmInfo. In 2021, there were 24,775 transactions for the purchase and sale of land in Armenia, which is higher than the figure of 15.4% a year ago. This is  evidenced by the data of the Real Estate Cadastre.

According to all indicators for the  reporting period, there is a dominance of sales over purchases in  real estate transactions of foreigners.

However, in December alone,  electricity  generation increased by 20.6% - up to 826.5 million kWh.  According  to the RA Statistical Committee, in January-December 2021, TPPs  increased electricity generation by 6.9% - up to 3,383.7 million kWh,  and HPPs - by 23.8%, up to 2,201.7 million kWh.
