According to the official statement from the  apart- hotel chain, the new product will be available to developers  from all regions of Russia and the CIS, including Armenia, Georgia,  Belarus and others. The franchise will allow potential partners to  use the YE'S concept for the implementation of the turn-key  apart-hotel project .

According to preliminary data of the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, in January-May 2020, nominal  wages accelerated the annual growth rate to 7.9% from 5.4% in  January-May 2019, amounting to 190166 drams ($ 393).
