ArmInfo. The American technology company AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) is interested in new opportunities for cooperation with Armenia, as stated by Dan Gibbons, AMD Vice President,  during a meeting with Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan. Dan Gibbons presented AMD's main directions of activity and the progress of its current programs in Armenia.

ArmInfo. Ameriabank will arrange Alfa-Pharm CJSC's nominal coupon paying  book-entry bonds in the amount of 1.5 billion drams, as noted in a statement from Ameriabank. The statement  specifies that the placement will commence on December 10, 2025, and is expected to  conclude on February 11, 2026. Alfa-Pharm intends to use the proceeds from the bond placement for capital expenditures.

ArmInfo.  The German government, represented by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and the European Union have  launched a new project in Gavar- EU4Sevan+ (Efficient Water  Management for Sustainable Community Development in Armenia), with a  budget of  7.5 million euro .
