ArmInfo.Armenian Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan received representatives of the  Corporate and Investment Bank Credit Agricole (Credit Agricole CIB), Cedric Hayes and Benoit Dollfuss.

According to the ministry's press service, during the meeting,  Hovhannisyan presented the macroeconomic situation in Armenia and the  key principles of public debt management policy. He also discussed  measures aimed at ensuring the stability and predictability of the  Armenian financial system, which are intended to strengthen investor  confidence in the country.

The parties emphasized the importance of dialogue and expressed their  readiness to continue discussing programs of mutual interest.

For many years, the Credit Agricole Group held a stake in the  Armenian bank ACBA Credit Agricole Bank. In 2019, the group divested  its stake in Acba Bank, where it owned 15.56% of the capital.  However, Sacam International, a group member, remained among Acba  Bank's shareholders with a 5% stake.

Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Credit Agricole CIB)  is a specialized division of the French financial conglomerate Credit  Agricole Group, focused on corporate clients, financial institutions,  and capital markets. The bank is present in 33 countries, providing  structured and syndicated finance, investment banking, and risk  management services.
