Coliform bacteria detected in DILI LLC dairy products - plant  operations suspended

ArmInfo. DILI LLC (Dilijan, Tavush Region) produces hazardous food products - samples did not meet legal food safety and hygiene requirements. This was reported by  the Food Safety Inspectorate (FSI), citing the results of a  laboratory analysis of the company's product samples.

Specifically, it was found that coliform bacteria were detected in  samples of Mozzarella, Burrata, and Gouda cheese. A sour cream sample  also contained coliform bacteria, yeast, and mold. Yeast levels  exceeding permissible limits were detected in samples of "Peach" and  "Strawberry" yogurts.

"These products do not comply with the Customs Union Technical  Regulations 'On the Safety of Milk and Dairy Products.' By decision  of the head of the inspection agency, production at the dairy  facility has been suspended until the identified violations are  rectified," the agency noted.
