A meeting between Indian and Armenian entrepreneurs will take place

ArmInfo. On June 27, at the  initiative of ARM.IND GROUP, an Armenian company that promotes  business, cultural, educational, and tourism cooperation between  Armenia and India, a business meeting will be held to establish  contacts between Indian and Armenian entrepreneurs.

The meeting aims  to establish connections between Armenian and Indian companies,  explore opportunities for cooperation, and present practical ways  ARM.IND GROUP can support companies from both sides.

During the event, participants will have the opportunity to meet with  representatives of Armenian and Indian businesses, share their  business plans, and explore potential partnerships.

As a reminder, Armenian-Indian business meetings and forums are  regularly organized to establish strategic partnerships in the fields  of IT, high technology, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, and  tourism. The Embassy of India in Yerevan, together with relevant  Armenian agencies, coordinates these events and facilitates B2B  contacts.

It is worth noting that the overall trade turnover between Armenia  and India has demonstrated steady growth and, according to the latest  annual data, amounts to approximately $380 million. Moreover, both  sides have recorded exponential growth in recent years. Just 10 years  ago, trade between the countries was only $21 million.

According to statistics, mutual trade between the countries is  characterized by a distinct commodity focus.  Armenia and India have  complementary export and import structures, in which precious stones,  metals, and high-tech products occupy a key position. According to  last year's data, India's exports to Armenia amounted to  approximately $296 million. These included mainly diamonds and  precious stones ($72.4 million), buffalo meat, chemical/analytical  instruments, pharmaceuticals and medicines, and raw tobacco. Armenia,  in turn, supplied goods and services worth $37.4 million to India.  This included mainly gold ($32.3 million), medical and scientific  instruments, alcoholic beverages, and unwrought lead.
